Daisy Drury Weeks graduated with a bachelor's degree in communications from Florida State University in 1997 and attended the University of Georgia School of Law where she received her juris doctorate degree in 2000. 

Upon graduation from law school, she served as a staff attorney in the State Court of Forsyth County from 2000-2003 and in the Superior Court of Forsyth County from 2003-2007 to the Honorable David L. Dickinson.  In January 2008, she accepted an associate attorney position with the law firm of Banks & Stubbs, LLP.  In January 2013, she formed the Law Offices of Daisy Drury Weeks, LLC.
